Subject: George Foreman Grill
Message: We are having sandwiches for dinner tonight and I was thinking that maybe I could make them panini style using my George Foreman. Has anyone tried this?
I seldom use the grill even though we have had it a couple years. I'm just not sure what it's capable of.

Message: I LOVE my George Foreman Grill! I can not imagine not having it. You take a nice chicken or turkey breast and pop in that bad boy sprayed with a little Pam or Mazola or what ever you use. It cooks in just a few minutes because it cooks from both sides at the same time. And any grease is removed during the cooking process as you know....I will work great. Go for it. You will learn that this is one awesome time saver, and super for quick, nutritious lunches as well.

Message: Thanks, Barb. I have some lean roastbeef and Jewish Rye and an amazing cheese I got from Henry's... I think it's also called Wild Oats... it's a cheddar and mustard seed... sooo good. I thought I could throw that on there and have a decent low fat, high protein sandwich! I'll let you know.
Also, I would like to keep the books for a bit longer because I am going to start fresh and have my scriptures close by. I want to go through Revelations and compare their interpretation and my own.
Thanks, dear lady!

Message: I love the Foreman Grill, too, for fast, low-fat chicken breasts. A
friend of my parents' uses her grill frequently for panini-style
sandwhiches, so I would assume yours will be yummy. I have no
idea if she puts butter or oil or anything on the bread, which
would defeat the whole low-fat thing, but let us know how you
did yours and how it turned out.

Message: Tip on how to get the *buttery* taste without the butter. Use a butter flavored spray directly on the bread. That is they way I make grill cheese sandwiches and it works great and no fat or calories. Best of all worlds!

Message: The sandwiches were great! I used I Can't Believe It's Not Butter lightly on the bread, then loaded it with tomatos and sprouts, some cheese and meat.... sooooooo good! The stuff didn't gooze out or anything. We will do this more often. And I bet sandwiches with grilled chicken breast would be awesome. Thanks ladies!

taste. I already had dinner but the descriptions of those
