 Subject: I got it.....my kit...did you all hear me cheeringMessage: Hi Ladies Thankyou Barbara.....I have recieved my package yesterday. I have been using the cream twice daily and massaging. Just one question.......with the nail file do you file as you would normally.....in one direction???? Also as my nails are in such a sorry state is twice a day enough?????should I do it more often. I love the texture of the cream and the smell....what is the smell??? I will keep you posted how my nails are coming on :-) |

I heard you can file back and forth with the Wonder Stone File, or you can do it in one direction if you wish. You may also apply the Growth Formula as often as you wish, also. I believe the smell is a little like wintergreen, mustard oil, and lanolin. I've never used the Growth Formula before, but I'd like to give it a try in the not-too-distant future. My poor dry nails were SOAKING IT UP at least 4 times a day! They are in such good shape now, if I get too busy and skip a day there is no dryness or snaggy nails at all. Be sure to use the file wet. Follow Barbara's instructions that come with the file. You are going to love the NGF. :^ ) |
