Subject: "the box"
Message: i'll try this again. my fingers are faster than my brain. imagine that! i received my FIL "freebie" today and i really don't care for it either. i'm more of a "baby grace" scent. i won't go crazy on adding perfume. one at a time, or maybe two! i think making a list of BE shadows is good, except for deb, she has 3,0000 of them! she should list what she doesn't have! just giving you a hard time deb!!

Message: Now Cheryl, I don't have 3,000 of them - only 2,999..............lol ooooooo - I love FIL, but if there is someone who wants to try it or someone who loves it more than me - speak now or forever hold your peace......(just kidding)
Isn't this exciting? The anticipation of "the box".
I have to tell you - you all know that I am a total philosophy girl, right? I use a few Clientele and Dr D products. Well, I have to tell you - I have been using just Clientele in the AM and philosophy in the PM - MAN what a difference in my skin. Today is only the 3rd day for this new routine. Don't get me wrong, I love my philsophy and I can't imagine not using it - but I think that there might be magic in that Clientele stuff!!!

Message: Deb,
I rotate among several skin care lines including Philosophy,
Clientele, Reclaim, etc. - I guess I'm always looking for
something that really agrees with my skin, plus somehow I think
if I use a variety of products my skin won't build up a tolerance -
if that's even an issue.
Of all the Q brands, Clientele works best for me. But because it's
so expensive, I stock up when they have TSVs or anniversary
prices. So I use it occasionally like you - maybe morning for
Clientele and evening or Philosophy, or sometimes I go back to
Clinique as part of it, etc. My skin is extremely sensitive and dry,
and Clientele is supposed to be non-oily, so I really don't
understand why it's working so well with my parched skin.
Usually I have to use the richest, most emollient moisturizers.
I like Clientele because it seems to leave a nice, finished matte
look on my skin. I guess because I use rich moisturizers, I can
overdo it and look a little too shiny.
Anyway, it's fun to experiment and compare notes.
And like you, I have enough BE products to open my own
boutique!
Take care,
Jill

Message: Deb-Like you need magic!
Just how large is the area you "cleared out" for this little idea of yours....
Now I am picking up on something here. You purge so that we can send you things, so you can further purge....UMMM HUMMMMM!!!
I get it.
I was not able to enjoy anything in Atlanta yesterday. Just had appointments and picked up my new eyes!!!! Man is that what our new back ground on the site looks like? Welllll, alrighty then!

Message: Deb needs a flow chart for her BE list. LOL
I need to try the soft focus colors. Those shimmery glittery ones just make me look oooolllldddd and wrinkly. Ya'll saw the pic of my tortoise I sent the other day... well that's what the glimmers do to me.

Message: Moi - I don't buy that for a minute. I didn't think I could do the glimpses and glimmers either - but I do on occassion. To be honest - I do have a ton of BE, and I am so lazy in the morning that I have about 5-6 things that I use on a regular basis.
Jill - how about the "D&J BE Boutique"...lol Yep - I think I am gonna stick with my little Clientele/Philosophy routine for a while - I do like what I am seeing. I didn't understand all that stuff either, Jill. I mean, I have extremely oily skin and I thought the last thing I needed was a moisturizer. But, now I can't imagine putting anything on my face with out a moisturizer first. Go figure.
Barb - Magic, indeed. You saw me before you got your new glasses, remember.......lol

Message: Well I guess we could set a time limit on how long any one person could play in the box! LOL
AND Moi- If Deb looked that good before my new glasses she is even more of beauty than I had imagined! I am telling you, she is stunning.

Message: Hi Gals! Yes, I have been running between the box and my daughter with the wisdom teeth surgery. She's doing great. (I would be too if I were popping Vicodin!) The box was the perfect distraction for me today. Cheryl, you are about to see how anal I am when it comes to packing! I put a separate box in there for hair things that could leak. So, ladies, Barb has the right idea - a dolly, Red Flyer wagon or a wheelbarrow from your mailbox will do because Deb really purged! I reboxed with a box that originally held paint cans.
My results - as I said, I'm keeping the Almond Perliere Bath wash. I experimented with the lotion, which is very luxurious, but probably too scented for me. I can't pass up the When Hope is Not Enough lotion as I have this in the night cream and it agrees with me. It's a great travel size. I also want to hold on to the SSC Vit C Facial pads. They smell and look like orange slices. Yum. Could be a good break in the face routine. I took a few of the Philosphy samples, ones I didn't have. Nice idea! Deb - the Rulinea is VERY close to Strivectin. Interesting! If you could see my hair product shelf you would know why I'm passing on those.
I'm going to throw in a brand new Mirenesse Power Lift Cleanse/Tone/Moisturizer because I'm so hooked on Purity I didn't even try it, a new Mary Kay Timewise 3-in-one cleanser and a Biosilk hair serum (great stuff, but I got more for Christmas). And, since Cheryl is passing for now on the FIL, I'm going to send that right on to you separately, Deb. I don't want to chance that one breaking in Pandora's Box! Oh, and I'm also throwing in a half bottle of Hydroderm serum for those who might be just a little bit curious. What's a little placenta between friends? Nyuk nyuk

Message: Well, I had a few other things to send out today so I got busy on repacking the box this morning. My writing is not its best (in the diary), as I was trying to multitask between that and my daughter interrupting me. I used one a one-stop shipper I like. The most economical way to send that box is UPS, so Cheryl might have it as early as tomorrow.
