It is highly recommended that you allow the first 30 days with the product, to be free of any applied treatments at all. That way your nails will receive the full benefit of the formula. It you insist on wearing polish during this time it will work, but the benefits will not be realised as readily as those of us who have used the product and HAVE adhered to the application directions.
