some skin was hanging off by my nail and i hand to find a way to et rid of it so i pulled it off and now it hurt when i touch it.i'm a bowler so i need it to stop hurting. does anyone know anything i can do to stop the pain.

k - topical antibiotics like Neosporin have a little numbing agent in them, but you know how these things go. Even a papercut can make you miserable! You probably have some swelling. Just make sure it doesn't become infected. Clean well, maybe with some hydrogen peroxide and apply antibiotics and a bandaid overnight to start. Good luck!
