Oh, I am sure it does. And like cheryl says, buff, buff, buff. You will create your own look and you will like it even better. That is how I feel though when I go and have my hair done - I can never make it look the same the next day when I have to do it myself.

Cheryl, does the buffing just spread it out more or blend it in better or what the heck here? It just aint happenin! Guess I should of got me some of that there HOPE IN A JAR and WHEN HOPE ISN'T ENOUGH too!

it does both, blends and distributes it more evenly. you can always add more, but it's hard to "take away"! what kind of brush did you get to put the foundation on with? i did better with the kabuki brush. it's just something new to you, that's all. i was uncertain when i first started it 4 years ago. you'll get the amount down-eventually!

Lynnie sent me a really full fluffy soft brush that I just love, so I used it. I don't know what it is called, but Deb would know!
My better have said, it has a china doll effect. What ever that means. I just don't know! I am such a ninny with the process. And I need just tons of moisture.
Other question, if you use the Monistat(sp?) is that just a heavy moisturizer or do you use that and then an additional moisturizer? I am so lost!!!!!
And what is the name specifically of the monistat? I mean is it the stuff that you put in the tubes for a yeast infection, or is there something different with the same name?

The brush you have is the flawless face brush and I think that is a good choice for the coverage you want. I do, however, love my Kabuki for covering my rosecea.
I agree that you need a good moisturizer and I am not so sure that the Monistat stuff is what you need. Most of the ladies are using it as a primer, which is fine - but a good moisturizer is definately in order. You will be amazed at the difference it makes.
And the china doll effect - that's a good thing!!!

if i needed moisture, i would use philosophy's hope in a jar. i got enough oil to go around to everybody! i had to stop using the BE foundation because it had me "glowing" in a couple of hours. i don't need help with glowing! i do love the eye shadows, blushes and mineral veil though. i would kill if someone took away all my BE brushes! that's always half the battle. barbara, i guess i always assumed the monistat was the same as the yeast infection stuff. i guess i could see ladies using it as a primer before make-up. not sure what makes it work though. just remember, sometimes, less is more-and good lighting!

OK, then what is the best moisturizer for me Deb. You saw all of my dried out sun wrinkled face. Suggestions please. Something I can get locally if at all possible. I don't get the opportunity to just run to Lenox when I need something great! How much is Hope in a Jar? I don't remember. And When hope is not enough.....Thanks
I envy you your moisture Cheryl. You can at least wipe that away. When you are this kind of prune skin, it is difficult at best! Nothing lasts.

Cheryl, what did you end up staying with after BE? I have the same issue -- too much oil!!!! Have you found anything you are happy with? And, can't forget: my nails are looking better and better thanks to Barbara!
