I received my miracle set yesterday. The buffing cream is a top notch product. I used it and the the 4 sided buffer that I had already. My nails look amazing, although short. My gouge in the left pinkie is about halfway down now. That was done on December 1st, so they are growing well. I will get the extra cream that I ordered out to my nail-biting daughter soon.

Rubbing is the best alternative to biting because of the benefits to the nails and the lack of bacteria going into the kisser! It will keep both hands busy AWAY from the teeth!
