Subject: The NGF "Sedative"!
Message: If anyone considering this product thinks that 10 mintues of massaging is tedious, I have to tell you it is one of the most relaxing exercises one could do, to the point where it makes ME sleepy! It has also strenthened my hands and improved flexibility from minor winter arthritis symptoms. Once you wrap your mind around the fact that you are doing something nice for yourself, it isn't a chore at all. It's your time to kick back and fully relax. It's also like aromatherapy because the smell is so pleasant and natural. Those are just the side benefits to beautiful natural nails!

Message: Great view point, Lynnie. In addition, if there are any chewers and biters out there of the nail and cuticles (I am raising my now healing hand) I can attest that it helps with that, too. Lynnie, is right on the money about the aroma of NGF - but the taste is a great deterent to keep those paws outta your mouth!!!!

Message: Amen, sistah! to both those statements!!! I figured out from the beginning, one of the main benefits of this product is that you start taking an active role in CARING for your nails, not destroying them! For me that was the hardest part and I still struggle with that... the urge to pick, bite, etc. We've all come so far, haven't we?

Message: Deb and Moi - I'm so glad I don't have to deal with the biting aspect as I've never been a nailbiter. When I had the acrylics, though, I was constantly picking at the edges of them after a filling or nibbling underneath because the glue was uncomfortable. What I did have to ease up on now is that I'm freak about cleaning underneath them. The white tip of the acrylic spoils one like that. Since they are now still in the process of re-bonding to the bed at the tips, I have to go about that very gently. We all have our "things", huh? lol
