Subject: new nail
Message: I recently lost a nail due to a bruise and was wondering how long it takes a new nail to start growing. Also is there anything I can do to speed up the process. Thanks

Message: Hi Georgette,
Like we discussed on the phone, the Natural Nails Growth Formula will help to stimulate cell activity to promote a more rapid growth pattern.
I do have a question though, how was the nail damaged?
The formula will have the instructions enclosed, so when you get your package just immediately start the routine.
At least you already have the fake nails off! That is the first, major step in the recovery! GOOD GIRL!

Message: georgette,
i have the same question also, how did you injure the nail. we ask this because, if it was a crushing injury you could possibly have injured the matrix of the nail-the live, growing tissue underneath and "behind" the cuticle where the actual healthy nail growth comes from. when the injury is a severe crushing injury, then the nail will not always grow back. when the injury is not so severe, then the nail will grow back very well and usually within 2 to 3 months. i always say massage is the best beginning to help an injured nail. when you receive the growth formula that will work the best, but until then, massage the nail bed with vitamin e oil or a lotion with a shea butter base. i lost my thumbnail quite a few years ago. i started massaging it as soon as the pain subsided and i had a new nail, amazingly enough, in a month. when you receive the growth formula just do as it says-twice a day for 30 days. any questions, just ask. we are here.

Message: Hi Georgette! I just want to pipe in and say that I had a thumbnail split about halfway down (leftover lifting from acylics) about a month ago when I first started using the NGF. It was snagging on everything so I trimmed it back and rubbed with the cream just as I do with the others. I was shocked that now, only a month later, that nail is past the quick and has no signs of lifting. Cheryl's timeframe of 2 - 3 months is realistic, doubly so if you use the NGF. Do you you have any new nail growth peeking out from under your cuticle yet?

Thanks for everything I can't wait to get my NGF. Keep your fingers crossed and I'll keep you informed on my progress. Thanks again
