I know that acetone containing nail polish remover brands are flamable because of the acetone, but why are some non acetone nail polish remover brands also flamable?

There are many combustible and flammable ingredients in every day things that we don't even consider. Any alcohol contained in products is flammable also, since I don't have a list of the ingredients you are talking about it is impossible to say exactly what would be flammable. Sometimes individual ingredients are totally harmless, but combined with other ingredients they become lethal.
