Subject: New Customer
Message: Happy New Year, ladies! Love the site and love the boards. I was just about to place an order for the natural nail cream when I saw the other products--buffing cream, buffer, and nail file. My story is I've worn acrylic nails for many years. I recently had them removed and of course, my nails are weak, split easily and soft. Also, I have "the ridge". Should I simply start off with the cream or also purchase the buffing cream? When is it appropriate to use the buffing cream as opposed to the natural cream?
Thanks for the advice.

Message: michelle,
great to have you here! i would just start off with the growth formula for the first thirty days. you can purchase the whole kit right now to save on shipping, but your nails are too weak and thinned out now for buffing. after the thirty days of twice a day, then gently use the buffer and buffing cream. using it right now will only make them thinner. the ridge will grow out as your nails become healthier everyday. you have any questions we are all right here.

Message: Hi Michelle, I am also a new customer....and can't wait to get started on my nail routine. Like you I had acrylic nails removed just a couple of days before christmas, and my nails are tender, weak and splitting, though the tenderness is a bit better. I am counting down the days until the postman arrives with my parcel of goodies so I can get my nails back in shape.
I have been calling into the board over the last couple days (even sent a couple of posts but they got lost somewhere!!)Are any of you ladies from Australia?????
Have a great day :-)

Message: Welcome Michelle,
I agree with Cheryl. She helped me last August when I removed my acrylics. I found that I had to keep my nails short in the beginning since they were so thin because they did break easily. My nails are strong and grow very fast. My cuticles are very healthy. Another thing, a little dab is all you need. The first time I used it, I went a little overboard. :)

Message: Welcome, Michelle!!! Congrats on taking off the acruelics... hahaha I made a funny! Ummm... sorry. But you got to admit... acruelics... makes sense. Sheesh just chalk it up to being sick... so where was I? Oh, welcome Michelle! I wouldn't use the buffing cream for a few weeks. Stick with the formula and give your nails a chance to recoup.

Message: Michelle and Kerrie - I give you both lots of credit for taking them off at holiday time. You won't be sorry starting your year off like this, though! My acrylics had been off 5 months before I found this site and I'm almost finished with my first month. After a couple weeks of just the cream, I buffed, but my nails had grown quite a bit before then. Wait till you see/feel the results of the buffing! After I use the leather buffer, I wash my hands, then go over my nails briefly with a high shine buffer. My nails feel exactly like acrylics to the touch, so smooth. And they look like they have a clear topcoat of polish.
Welcome aboard!

Message: Thank you so much, ladies for all of your wonderful advice!!! I can't wait for my order to arrive. I will do just as you say--start off with the growth formula then proceed to other items after 30 days.
I am so happy I found this site. I am on a quest to go natural and improve my health--diet, exercise, and [now] nails.
So happy to be aboard and can't wait to check-in again with you all soon.

Message: Michelle - you have the right spirit! I had to get over that notion that fake = well groomed/beautiful when it comes to the nails. Didn't help that I don't like my hands and used the acrylics to detract. Now, I feel like my nails are pretty at their active length. I have little WHITE tips. It's amazing how your nails whiten up between not wearing yellowing products and just general health from the NGF. Hope you will keep us posted!

Message: Michelle and Kerrie- WELCOME ABOARD!
I am sorry I was "unavailable" yesterday. We did some upgrades to our DirecWay~!Q@$%^Y&***()*&^%$#@
*and a fun time was had by all*
I believe you will find your nails will improve vastly with the benefits from the Natural Nails Growth Formula. And the knowledge that is bountiful from the ladies on the board is endless. They, for the most part, have had every rotten experience known, with regards to the topical treatments. So if you will just listen to their guidance, you will reap the benefits of their knowledge, and learn just what NOT to do for your nails, as well as what needs to be done to make them turn around. We will all chip in when we can to help you through the recovery. (We sound like a bunch of "on the wagon" drunks, don't we?)
We have plenty 'O fun even without the boozing!
Again welcome aboard, we are pleased you have joined out little band, (or cult, as we have been called by some) of friends.
