I just had my acrylic nails removed.
I bought some nail growth cream but I don't know if I should paint clear polish on my nails before I start applying the cream.
What do you think?

It's best to leave the nails bare for at least the first 30 days. This allows the product to be more fully absorbed by and worked into the nail bed and cuticle itself. Plus, anything that drys on your nail drys out your nail. And, eventually you'll have to remove the polish and polish remover is very rough on the nail and cuticle. Try to go bare for those 30 days. Your nails will thank you for it!
