Subject: HAPPY NEW YEAR
Message: I want to wish you all HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! A special thanks to you, Barbara, for providing this forum for us to come to and share our thoughts, ideas, and just to express ourselves.
May 2006 be the BEST year for all of you.
I'm going to watch a movie and hopefully fall asleep early tonight. I don't want to stay up until midnight, this is not a favorite holiday of mine.
Enjoy your celebrations!

Message: Oh Karen, HAPPY NEW YEAR you sweet child. We, all of us on this forum, are going to have a better year here. We are going to share our dream, and our day dreams. Our hopes, and even our fears, so the burdens can be lighter. This time of year doesn't have to be terrible for any of us. It is really just another day. May be some good memories, may be some not so good memories, but it is like the song says, "I just want to celebrate another day of life!"
So celebrate every day you have and live it as though it were your last and you knew it. Make certain those closest to you in your heart know how much you love them. And let your friends know their worth to you. You are a valued FRIEND here. We love and care for you, so if you need me later I will not be going anywhere. Safe and sound, right here in south Georgia, ready if you need to talk about anything at all.

Safe and warm at home. Sweet new puppy that sounds like a person could just eat him up! lol I daresay, a set of good looking nails on the tips of your fingers. Oh Yeah! It's a great time to start a new year!
This time next year we'll be able to sing . . . "we'll take a cup and drink it up~~~to days of auld lang syne!!!"
That song gets me every year! *sniff*

Message: Barbara, you sweet lady. It's just post Christmas Blues, and I never liked New Year's Eve. I'm fine, I just want the day to get started, cook dinner, and begin what I hope to be a great year.
Thank you for letting me know you are here for me, and I am here for you too! I can't tell you how much I love and admire you, and you, my dear, are the glue that keeps this entire board together. You are "the Best" and I will always be your friend, as you will be mine.
I wish I were in GA with you, instead of here with cold and snow. Remy loves playing in the snow and he comes in all black with a white nose and face! He is having a wonderful time.
I hope you and all the ladies here had a wonderful New Year's Eve, and I hope this is the Best Year we all can have, and it's all good news for all of us!
I will be back later!!! Have a great day and enjoy it with your loved ones, or just having a quiet peaceful day, if you aren't with your families. Just enjoy your holiday!

Message: Well it is indeed a new day. Remy, is that a sort of nick name for you fiancees last name?
Now there is all of the reason in the world to be optimistic. New baby and a new engagement, not to mention having to tote around a 3.1kt bling, bling.
You will have to learn to walk with out leaning a bit to your left now. Just prop up on Remy and go for it girl!

Message: Barbara, I felt that Remy, being a French Poodle, needed a French name. My husband wanted a plain name, but Remy is my dog, so I got to name him! We discussed Napoleon, Jacques (too common for a FP), Louis (for Louis Vuitton), but Remy was different (names after Remy Martin - a brandy)! Catin, (I learned to spell it correctly) is his middle name - and it's cajun meaning doll or dear! He knows Remy Catin, when I call him by that name too.
I would like a new fiancee, except my husband doesn't like me to date!!! Preferable I would like a wealthy, orphaned, deaf, mute! (no offense to any people with physical impairments, and please it's just a joke), and a big ring!! However, my husband is hard of hearing, and that's the only thing out of all of the prerequisites I have!! Guess, that's the luck of the draw!!! LOL!!!!
Happy New Year to you all, and I am so happy I have found y'all, and that we are able to come here in peace and not fear "trolls" or meanness and nastiness from others. Barbara, you are the Best, and thank you for our refuge!
