Subject: 1 week with NGF!
Message: I just thought I would post my happy thought for the day . . . since you guys aren't into the Q drama! LOL I am loving the NGF so far. I will have a long process to got through, but I can see the growth and healing already. I am actually enjoying the nightly massage, too -- just a bit hard to fit into the mornings, but it feels good to know that I am "nurturing" the poor things after all the abuse! Happy New Year to everyone here -- I don't post often, but I read many of your posts and they are always great.

Message: It will take some time for the growth pattern to be established. Keep up the good efforts, it will pay off!
Q has become a sad place to visit! I am sorry!

Message: Thanks you two. I can see the growth easily because there is a distinct ridge of "new" nail and then the plane drops to where it is all thinned out from removing the acrylics. I know it looks terrible, but I kind of like having such a visible benchmark of progress.
Q is much tamer today . . almost "normal" LOL

Message: Good going, Kylie! One thing about people who use it right after acrylics come off is the benefit in seeing drastic results when new nail starts growing in. What you're also going to like as they grow is that a peel on the surface of the tips doesn't lift and peel back. The NGF and file are great for sealing them off. I feel the same way about that nightly massage. In fact I start dozing if I'm lying down on the couch while doing it! I've told Barb I'm going to wake up at 3:00 a.m. with that jar on my chest some night.
