Message: Hi, Lynnie! Here you go:
Broccoli Salad (1/2 cup serving: 75 calories, 5 g fat)
2 heads brocolli, cut in bite-size pieces
1.5 cups of 2% or fat free shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup of chopped red onion
5-6 slices of cooked turkey bacon, cut into small pieces or crumbled
Dressing:
1 cup of light or fat-free mayonnaise
4 Tablespoons of red wine vinegar
1/4 cp of Splenda Sweetener
Combine ingredients. Prepare dressing. Pour dressing on ingredients, mix well and refrigerate.

Message: Printing it out now, Shay! Thanks! People who are dieting probably appreciate the lowfat ingredients. This is similar to the one I mentioned, only the dressing in mine is the "high fat" version! The vinegar and bacon really make this salad.
