Subject: Foundation Experts 2
Message: I'm with ya June. I love BE but it doesn't give me the flawless foundation coverage I would like, so I use my OOO face serum to help fill in and smooth out the imperfections ::: gasp ::: yes, it's true... I have imperfections! I like the idea of actually mixing it in and will try that next time! Thanks for the tip.

Message: I had read that before - mixing a little BE with your moisturizer. I may just try that next weekend. I hate to do it on a work day and have to start over if I don't like the result.
I never got the coverage I wanted until I switched to the Kabuki brush and I find that the longer I "buff" - the better the coverage. I have mild to moderate rosecea and my BE covers it all.

Message: I find BE to messy. I like Laura Gellars compacts for coverage...and I also like Pur minerals....it is soo easy to use!
Moi..regarding DDF...I dont know much about this line....so I cant give my stamp of approval yet! I will let you know what my results are..once I have some!

Message: Give it a try Moi. Not every method works for everyone, but during the winter months I have found this works great for me. It kind of melds into my skin. At 60+ I need all the help I can get. One of these days I am going to say the heck with all this and just let my hair turn grey and let my leg hair, underarm hair, chin and lip hair and everything just do whatever it wants. I am the only blond in the family and my brother-in-law asked me when I was going to let my hair go grey. I told him I would do that when Lady Clairol dies! Is the OOO serum pretty gentle for sensitive skin. I am ordering my skin care from a company that makes natural cleansers, serum, etc. Would much rather just go to the drugstore to get it. Tried to find the Burts Bees serum today at Walgreens and CVS, but no luck.

Message: June,
I read about the BB's on the Q boards. Sounds interesting! I love the OOO products. The serum is soooo nice. Debodel pointed out they did/do animal testing. I have heard someone else say they no longer do it and there was a huge thread on the Q about how most companies buy their product ingredients from other vendors so even though let's say, OOO says they don't do animal testing, it's very possible the company they buy their product ingredients from do in fact do animal testing. So, I'm afraid unless you're able to 'follow the trail' so to speak it's nearly impossible to know for sure which companies do or do not practice that.
Hope that helps!
