Subject: Hello again. Question for you all
Message: Hope everyone here is doing well today. As some of you know, I am waiting for my first kit. Yesterday, I thought I would try the ten-minute massage of the cuticles with my Sally Hansen to get used to the idea. Here is the bad news: my hands get tired and stiff quickly. Any suggestions? Thanks ladies!

Message: Hi Kylie, put some of the growth formula on all four fingers and use the buffer to just rub a dub across all four at once. The thumbs you will have to do individually, but use the beffer if it is a problem to rub it in with your fingers. NOT A PROBLEM... Good thinking by the way, to try to start getting the feel for the routine.

Message: There are NO lame questions. Just lame answers a lot of times.
Just wipe the buffer down with a damp wash cloth and shes good to go for the next round!

Message: Kylie - get this! Last year I had a rare virus that gave me rheumatoid arthritis symptoms, upper body. I used to do finger exercises for the hands. The virus ran its course but my hands were not as strong as they used to be and when the cold weather kicked in this Fall they started aching. Well, after using the NGF a week or so, my tolerance built up and the exercise has been GOOD for them. They feel nimble and strong. So, I kill two birds with one stone - no boring hand exercise PLUS nice nails! ..... Lynn aka "fidget"

Message: I kid you not and I was shocked that it loosenend them up. You WILL grow strenth and tolerance, just as if you were sitting around playing with one of those exercise balls.

Message: I am with Lynnie!
Besides great nails coming your way, limbered up, less stiff, knuckles and hands are a definite bonus if you use the NGF!
