Subject: Kylie, I know Orange County, too
Message: Kylie,
The other thread reached the maximum number of posts. It
sounds like you and I have had similar stomping grounds in the
past. I'm in San Diego now, but spent many, many years in Los
Angeles near UCLA. I do go to Orange County quite a bit both
for healthcare needs and also to see clients.
My funniest recent experience in the Old Town part of the City of
Orange is when I discovered there is a full-service Starbucks
located inside the Wells Fargo Bank. I think that makes a lot of
sense - after all, I practically need to take out a loan to afford a
Grande Frappucino!
Take care,
Jill

Message: Oh, yeah! We love to go to the Orange Circle for the antique shops - my husband and I love the mid-Century Moderne and Art Deco Streamline. And we were in San Diego a couple months ago. I almost moved to SD when I moved up north the first time around, and in some ways, always wish I had. It is so beautiful there, and the weather is PERFECT for me. But we have ruined all of So Cal with high density overcrowding. I am old enough to remember it a bit better!

Message: Oh, how fun! I've been through those antique stores. Must have been 15 years ago now!
Small world!
