Subject: GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Message: I HAD PLACED AN ORDER FOR NGF ON 12/05/05 AND HAD NOT RECEIVED IT. I SENT A EMAIL TO BARBARA AND TO MY SURPRISE SHE CALLED ME TO APOLOGIZE. I TOLD HER THAT THAT WAS PERFECTLY FINE THAT BECUASE OF THE HOLIDAYS I FIGURED IT WOULD TAKE LONGER TO GET IT. SHE IS SENDING THE NEW SHIPMENT TO ME PRIORITY MAIL. I WAS REALLY IMPRESSED. THIS WILL BE MY FIRST TIME TRYING THIS PRODUCT AND AFTER READING ALL THE RAVE REIVEW ON THE Q I KNEW I HAD TO TRY IT. THANKS AGAIN BARBARA FOR YOU ATTENTION TO THIS. IT WAS OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. HAPPY HOLIDAYS AND GOD BLESS YOU.
