In that case, I will have angel hair pasta, a bit of meat sauce, or clam sauce, which ever she is preparing will be fine. A tossed crisp green salad, of course the cursery bread, wine, and cheese. if you please. "Bless oh lord, these thy gifts."

Denise - are you Italian? I am. My mother died 4 years ago and I miss that sort of pampering! Plus, I wasn't ready to be the Italian matriarch. It's ALOT of work! OK, I'll have gnocchi and cardone!
