Message: And would that anti-freeze be at least 90 proof? ***LOLOL***
I can NOT take the cold. It just physically hurts the old bod! You guys up there are of a sturdier stock then I came from I guess. I gotta have heat and beach sand. NO snow, NO sleet, NO ice!

Message: I know I couldn't take it. My body said "are you kidding me" when my alarm went off at 6 this morning. And the temp here was on the positive side of zero. That below zero stuff - NO WAY!!

Message: we've only been in the single digits a few days so far. we pray for bitter cold, then lake erie will freeze over and the lake effect machine will stop. no open body of water, no dumpage! kind of strange, i know. i've had 12 winters to get used to it. i don't deal well with heat and humidity and john hates it even more. hey, i get sick of cold, i jump on a plane and head south. i know where to find warmth!
i do make my own anti-freeze-in the form of red wine! we live in the middle of grape growing country here, so every fall i go fill up my glass car-boy with fresh juice and start percolating! not much involved. add yeast, put it in the basement, leave it alone until next year, bottle and consume-or give away. mine has no sulfites and that's better for you!
