Subject: Buffing Cream
Message: Morning everyone!
I just need to pass this along - again - for those of us who are recovering from acrylic damage or just badly abused nails.
I just used the buffing cream again. Because my nails are still in recovery mode, when I use the buffing cream I rub it in with my finger, not the buffer itself. I know it doesn't do as good a job as the buffing cream and buffer combined, but I have to say, my nails are shining and pink again. If anyone else out there wants to try the buffing cream but you're concerned about it being too harsh at this point in your own recovery, just rub some in with your finger. It still removes dead cells and makes your nails shine.
Now I return you back to your regularly scheduled programming.

Message: Moi, I love the buffing cream, although I limit my use. It is remarkable how smooth and shiny it makes my nails. I do use the buffer, but I didn't have acrylics, but when I use the buffer, I use the lightest touch, and don't rub very hard.
I love the entire system, and my nails show it. I gave the small jar to my sister last night. I will have to remind her how to use it again, she is like me in the cold weather, and the wind goes right through my head along with thoughts!!!

Message: Karen, as long as the wind doesn't whistle when it goes through your head, you will be ok! :)Just used buffing cream this afternoon. Funny, just prior to hearing about NGF, I was looking for a good buffing cream and buffer! Used that combo years ago and always liked the shine and smoothness it gave. Never had acrylics and nails have been long ...haven't used polish or anything like that in 20+ years.....so nails were in pretty good shape , except for one. The nail has been non-existent for most of my adult life due to nail fungus etc. About this time last year it began to show improvement and now about half of it looks "normal." Hopefully as it grows out it will look completely healthy again. I know using the NGF has been a great help with hydration because any nail that tried to grow would get so dry and peel off in layers. I am so thrilled with how it is looking!! Finally after all these years!! OK, I will stop babbling now.
