Hi. I am so happy I stumbled upon this forum. I have a question. I have been biting my nails for nearly thirty years. I recently have stopped this and have been letting my nails grow. My fingers look so much better; however, the lunula makes up more than half of each nail and is not crescent shaped. My sister says years of biting have caused this and I am wondering if there is anything I can do to have normal looking nails. Right now, I constantly have them hidden under polish, but I'd rather go natural.
