Moi, in the summer the air that goes through my head is able to flow freely, because it is hot and, in the winter it freezes up!!! LOL!!!! Same principle as a balloon! LOL!!!

Karen, I can relate to the cold air problem! North wind got wind chill around 27 this morning! Humidity around 100% so dont think I will thaw up today....have to keeping reminding myself "this is the south????"

Margo, I would like to remind myself I live in the south too, but I don't. It's only in my mind I live in the south!!! LOL.
My bil told me it was too cold to ride his HD to work, so he had to drive. I guess even Louisiana can get cold, but you will be back to warm temperatures long before we will!!! Our temps. will only go down even more, and we'll have snow and ice on a regular basis, and may not warm up until May, or even June. Last summer, we didn't have really warm "pool days", as I like to call them, until July!!! Now that's way toooooo long for cold weather.
I HATE THE COLD!!!!

I HATE THE COLD!!!! That my friend is a ditto!!!!!
I can mop up sweat all summer long, but I just can't cope with the pain cold weather brings on to those areas that have been surgically repaired! I never understood how my Dad was able to "predict" the changes in the weather so reliably....I GET IT!

Barbara, with the fibromyalgia, I certainly understand how your father predicted the weather!!! I know when a storm is coming, and the cold just kills me.
I'm so glad you agree. I think I am a southern "girl" at heart, even though I'm a "Yankee Gal" (quote for Jezebel, with Betty Davis)!!!
