Subject: Wake up! it's Monday Morning!
Message: Boys and girls, I'm here to tell you, it was a restful weekend. The only thing that is, or was problematic, of course was some of the rush shopping! Don't you either hate it or love it depending on the mood you're in when you leave the house. People are just rude, crude and socially unacceptable, in a lot of instances. Then you go one step to the left and there is this beautiful spirit smiling, and saying Merry Christmas, and you know it's going to be ok after all! Thank you God for those gentle souls!

***On Life's Highway***
~~By: Steve Wariner~~
Sun is up. Time's at hand.
There's a stir upon the land.
And so begins another day,
On life's highway.
On city streets, down country roads,
Like a stream the people flow.
There's bread to win and tolls to pay,
On life's highway.
There is hope with ev'ry turn.
A bridge to build. A bridge to burn.
It's open now, never go astray,
On life's highway.
We are young, then are old.
Passin' through, then passin' on.
Like the roses bloom and fade,
On life's highway.
Step by step, round and round,
Never knowing where we're bound.
From the cradle to the grave,
On life's highway
There is hope with ev'ry turn.
A bridge to build. A bridge to burn.
It's open now, never go astray,
On life's highway.

Message: Lark, I can't place the tune... could ya hum a few bars? ;)
Morning Barb - hope you had a blast at your sons yesterday... or was it Sat? I lost track of time this weekend.
Have a great day, everyone!

Message: Moi, if you asked my mom that, she could give you the sheet music by "spelling it out"! I have zero ability to name notes, key; chords. Are you musical? I wish I was! Maybe in my next life.
The melody is a very beautiful acoustic one; reminds me of some of Joan Baez's ballads.
If I knew of an audio link, I would surely give it to you. :^ )
