I feel it my duty to remind any Letterman fans that tonight is the night Oprah will be appearing. Even if you aren't a fan, this could be an event! I've gotten a big kick out of watching the commercials and catching all his remarks this week in anticipation.

This should be, at the very least, interesting. I'll bet Oprah is her usual AWESOME self, she just can't help it, that's what she is! And have you noticed that Letterman has improved since the birth of Harry! He has a whole new perspective on this old world. He's actually back to being funny and witty. For a while we had switched to Leno. But we're back since this little boy has given him purpose and drive again.

Joy - good question. I bet Barbara interviewed her at one time. She has been turning Dave down since 1989 and he's been wisecracking about her for it ever since! Dave has his "favorites" and she's number one on the list. I'm glad Tom Cruise made it to his list, though.
Barbara - keen observation. His wit is less biting, but every bit as sharp since he had the baby. I love the shots Dr. Phil gives him about "the mother of his child".
Getting back to Oprah.... Barbara - have you ever sent her your product to her to try? She is a total product junkie and she seems to promote the makers of any product she likes moreso than any large corp. hawking them. As you know, if you make it on her Favorites list, you never have to spend a cent on advertising again. Oprah could afford to hire a NGF slave to massage her cuticles.
Presently, none of the celebs are doing the fake nails. The trend is called "Spa Nails", just a fancy term for your own healthy nails, active length, with may a coat of sheer pink. But everyone has to go through the awkward growout stage to get to Spa Nails! The market is ready for your product, Barbara. Just remember us when you're famous.

The question is Lynnie, am I ready for that kind of market. You know it is actually a bit amusing now! We were called shady and lots of other things on QVC board just a very short time ago. We were even accused of scamming because we were trying to help out a friend raise the money for a wheelchair. So I may in fact not be ready for that kind of "stage", so to speak.
Our business dealing have been world wide with our Concert Sound and Lighting and our Broadcast business. But I am finding that was a cake walk!
Ok, say I just wanted to send O a kit, where in the world would I send it to. Just put to OPRAH on the package and the postmaster will know! That really would probably work!

Oh child, you will not find ME on Oprah. If the product floats, that's great, but I just don't do cameras! Even during our years of being on the road with some world famous musicians, neither my husband or myself would do the "photo ops thing!" It was all our eldest daughter could do to get the photo of her dad and myself for our website.
