Message: All present and accounted for. Pretty shocked because they need to be filed down. They are getting too long.

Message: I have to comment again on hydration, my nails are still pretty short, but...I had these little white "marks" on both ring finger nails. I have always had these white things on my nails, and never knew what they were. Earlier this fall, I read a post by Cheryl, I think, and she mentioned that the marks were from dryness. So then I begin to use the NGF, and guess what? The white spot is completely gone on one nail, and is almost gone on the other! I never knew why I got those spots on my nails until now.
So, I am still being patient about the nail growth. Thank goodness I didn't loose any this week. I had 3 to break recently, and I now have little white tips on all, so they did come back quickly. Christmas nails, here I come!

Message: Hi Barbara, and I am so glad to be back. It's awful to be without my computer and be away from my friends for so long! Even one day would have been too long.
Thanks for the welcome home, because this does feel like home.

Message: I filed mine again last night while trying to recover! It gave me something to think about other than my too full tummy! (As my grand daughter says!) Boy if I would have had to leave here after all of that food, I could have laid down and rolled to where ever I was headed. I would have made great time that way cause I was so round, so firm, so fully packed!

Message: Joy and I seem to be at the same stage. There is some growth,
but there is still a long way to go. But each day, I admire the
incredible hydration and sheen. I know I've started a good
foundation for the upcoming growth.
