hi, i tried silk wraps once nd i totally hated it, it damaged my nail bed so much im never applying anything fake to my nails. its been a long time and after much care nd treatment my nails are back to normal, long and sturdy, if thats the appropriate word. what can i do to make sure they stay like this even after manicures because i know nail polish and nail remover, to some extent, affects the nail. thnx!

1. Glad you had the good sense to get rid of the fakes.
2. Sturdy is a great word for the healthy nails.
Polish and removers dehydrate the nails and cuticles.

Yes it is a rich bodied cream to promote increased growth rate, it balances moisture content, and hydrated the cuticles. You "can" use it over polish, but the best results are achieved on bare nails. This way it can fully protect the surface of the nails.
