Subject: brittle nails
Message: I started with the growth formula in August and had great beautiful nails. in the last tow weeks, all of them have cracked off way low. Is it a problem to use it twice a day after the first month? Help

Message: Val you can use the formula as often as you like. It will NOT harm the nails or the cuticles. How long were they when they "cracked off"?
The Growth Formula does not make those bad boys invincible.....Just better. They will grow out faster when they do break off. The cuticles will remain hydrated. The moisture in the nails' structure will balance out and become healthy. You have to know that fingernails will break off. I can attest to that all too often. In fact a few weeks back I broke my nails, all my nails, straight across the tips. Right down to the fingertip! Bad day in Hooterville! But they are almost back out to good filing length now. So you can relax, rub in the formula any time you like. Your nails WILL be back.

Message: Val.
Do you live where the weather has turned colder?
When the weather gets colder, I think the nails break easier.

Message: Val,
I just remembered something else. I read somewhere, maybe on this board, that we should not use a nail clipper to shorten our nails.
If it was on this board, someone will confirm that. HTH

Message: That is correct Val. And yes it was on this board. It creates fractures within the structure.
