Do I buff before or after rubbing the cream in? I can see reasons for both, but I'd like to do it in correct order. Also, I'm only buffing 2x a week...

You can use the products in any order you wish. It is just what ever personally suits you. I sometimes buff in the growth formula too! Feels pretty good. Looks great after.
I only use the Buffing Cream when the surface of the nails become flawed looking. If your nails are weak, then don't use the Buffing Cream very often, due to the abrasive. Go sparingly, and use light strokes. Moderation is the key to many things in this life. Pace yourself.
