Subject: Anyone considering NGF . . .
Message: . . . have no worries! This is a product that works. (IMHO) Best of all, this is a business that will give you the best customer service you will ever experience. It's a win, win kind of thing! :^ ) *unsolicited endorsement!*
Note to Barbara: Thank you, thank you; thank you. Let ol' man winter throw his worst at me! I'm WELL prepared. Kate
Everyone, have a great weekend!

Message: Hi Kate,
I totally agree, I couldn't say enough about the customer service when I first ordered, and I made a friend to boot! Don't you wish you could "duplicate" Barbara all over town, that would make for the most pleasurable customer service transactions! :o) We could have "Barbara" at the gas station, and "Barbara" at the cleaners, oh of course "Barbara" at the bank--instead of that grumpy ol' teller, and then of course "Barbara" at the grocery store--instead of that rude clerk that is mad that she has to work today, and here you are just trying to buy your groceries, and she is acting like YOU are an inconvenience.
Ahhh, if everyone could just be like Barb! A business owner that actually APPRECIATES your business--what a concept!

Message: I double ditto everything you have said. I really love having nails! Last night I sat down and filed them all down short again because I will be busy in the kitchen cooking and cleaning and don't want to break one. They are still a tad thin, but sooo much better than they have ever been.
