Hi there!!
I was sitting in the car the other day waiting for my kidlettes to get out of Art class and I wanted to use the file but it was dry and I didn't have anything to soak it in. I didn't want to take any chances so I didn't use it that way. Is it okay to use it dry, or does that just chew up the nail?

You can, in cases such as that, use the stone dry. It builds up heat. POOF! NO MORE NAILS! LOLOLOL
Just be careful not to over do with it dry.
