 Subject: Simple Question

I was given this website by a friend of mine. I have read all the information and like what I read. However, please understand my skepticism. I think I have tried every nail product known to woman and then some. Some give good results at first then seem to taper off. Some give no results at all. I am interested in the kit for the obvious value. Is there a guarantee of any kind? Can I return it if I don't like it? Okay, maybe it wasn't so simple afterall and more than one question.

Sorry, we do not offer money back guarantee, simply because we have no guarantee that the product will in fact be used according to the directions. And it is imperative that you follow the instructions.
It does have a cumulative effect as stated in the information in the website. But every thing has a ceiling. So it reaches peak performance and then balances out.

I too was skeptical in the beginning, but I was spending so much $$$ on nail care already I figured I would go ahead and give it a shot. I haven't not regretted it.
I wish I could put into words for people just how bad my nails were. And painful... oye! They hurt like mad. It wasn't just the acrylics that caused that, it was also my bad nervous habit of picking at my nails and cuticles. I constantly had sores on my cuticles and my nails were torn so short they bled also. After showering they hurt when a towel touched them.
In my opinion, the success of NGF for me is 3 threefold. One, I replaced the nasty picking habit with a good habit of massaging the cuticle and matrix area with the product. That was a big one. Two, I was nourishing my nails with the NGF rather than stripping them with nail hardeners, polishes and removers. And Three, after just a couple of days of use I was seeing such an improvement in how my nails looked, I no longer wanted to pick at them.
Do you normally have nice nails and just need a booster shot, or are they a mess like mine were?

See, I sent an email to several of my female co-workers regarding NGF and a link to the website. See, I work for a large corporation and we all share a common server (many, many computers linked together). I am not stupid either, Cheryl.

I can relate with the disaterous nails!! :(
Like I said in my post earlier, I too tried many products and NGF works the best for me.
I hope you'll find something that works for you, too! I love not having pain all the time and not having to hide my hands. I even started wearing some of the many rings I have gotten from the Q over the years! :) Good luck!

I can also attest that after just a few days of use, my cuticles and nails are so moisturized and soft, I can't stand it! :o) I must admit that I am using the NGF more than twice a day. I am finding that I will dab a little on when I want a mental health break during the day at my desk, or I will also dab a little on when I come from the ladies' room. I have found that nothing that I have ever used in all my years, and like you, I've tried EVERYTHING, has come close. All in all I've been using the formula maybe about 4 to 5 times a day. When I am washing dishes, water seems to glide right off of my nails. And I don't feel that immediate need to run and get lotion, 'cause my nails would always dry out very badly regardless of what I put on them. I could rub any other cuticle cream on my nails and within 1 hour they would be dry again. That hasn't happened with this product, and the results have really encouraged me to keep using the product as Barbara and all of the ladies here have directed. I know you've heard all the hype for other products, I have bought stuff in the past from L'Occitane and other high end boutiques, but this by far has given me the best results, and quickly I might add. Plus, you can't beat the customer service that Barbara provides.
