If there are issues about me or my products, I really wish you would address them on an adult level, with me. I just got a message from a friend of mine, Margie V. who pointed out to me that "debodel" posted something that was of a concern and I needed to address it before it becomes impossible to clarify.
So, the following is a copy paste from the QBB:

What she had "noticed too" is the fact that my husband and I over looked a type-o on our products page. We used "loose" when we intended "lose". That has now been rectified. Thank you for pointing that out.
I really would like to know, though, just what is meant by:

Please advise on when I ever made that statement to you? I really want to know! The thing that I DO point out, is that to achieve the full benefits of the product, it is necessary to use it as directed. Please help me understand why you are upset with me. If I have said anything, or done anything, the best way to resolve an issue is to discuss the issue. Not pick behind each others back. As you are aware, I can not and do not post on the Q so to address any issues I am afraid you will need to do so here so that I can respond in a proper fashion.

Apparently what you were sent from the QVC bulletin board was severely edited to make it look like something it was not. It does, or should I say it did (it has since been edited along with the typo) say on your site that if you don't get the results that you desire, that you are not following directions - implying that that one product will work for everyone. We all know what there is no ONE miracle product. I ALSO went on to say that I, too, was having great results. That I had always had pretty good nails, but that do to a medical condition called hypothyroidism that my cuticles could use some work. I FURTHER stated that as long as I continued to see results, as I have in the 7 or so days that I have used the product, that I would continue to use the product and to tell people about it. I have already suggested your website to my sister and to my mother.
So you see, Barbara, the problem does not lie between you and I - it's from one of YOUR posters who finds it necessary to stir up trouble. As for picking behind your back as you put it - I don't even see how that is possible. I posted on a PUBLIC discussion board. You were only told half of the story, which doesn't suprise me after some of the dicussions that I have read on this forum.

the person informing barbara about what damaging stuff was being said behind her back was not just some poster, but a friend. you insulted her, her husband and her web site. she has put her heart and soul into this site and her product. she believes in it along with a lot of faithful users of this formula. they mis-spelled a word and you called her un-professional. you could have e-mailed her directly and let her know, but instead you pointed it out on a public forum. when she says,"use it twice a day for thirty days to receive the best benefit" she's trying to get her customers to get the best, most optimal results from the product. so many people out here want overnight results. it's the world we live in-now, now, now. you sound like one of those people. you use the product as instructed, you will see results, if you don't, you won't. if what you intended to do on the q forum was insult her and talk behind her back, you suceeded. she has too many loyal customers, friends, loving family and a product that works. she is a good, kind, spirited, loving woman who deserves a much better customer than you.

Whatever. I am NOT the one who pointed out that there was a typo on the website and I NEVER called her un-professional. If you and/or Barbara had been sent ALL of the information you would know that. As Barbara has stated previously, many times there are misunderstandings from FLAT words posted on a board. It was/is not my intention to insult anyone as you put it. And if that was all she stated "use it twice a day for the best benefit" that wouldn't have been an issue either. But the words state (an I have copied it directly from this website so that there is no misunderstanding) If you do not get results, you are obviously not using the formula correctly as directed. I did find that to be a little condensending to be honest - but not enough to make a federal case about it - I simply stated my opinion. And that is how I took it, if I don't get good results, OBVIOUSLY, I am doing something wrong. It was my opinion, after all, isn't that what the boards are for?????
I never said anything derogatory or insulting to Barbara or anyone else for that matter. And I work too hard for my money to be battered in such a manner. If she doesn't need my money, then fine. I will kindly pack it up and return it. That seems to be what you people want. If you only want customers who bow down and kiss the ground you walk on and never disagree on what may work or not work best for me. Sorry, then I am not her customer.
I have raised 3 beautiful and successful children and enjoy watching my 5 grandchildren progress into beautiful young men and women. My fingernails are NOT the most important thing in my life. No wonder you people were banned from the Q boards - if you bashed people over there the way you do here for not being all goo goo gaa gaa about a little ointment - GOOD GRIEF!!

Enough said! It is done! We do all have a right to our opinions. If you read the statemet the way you mention, you did not understand the gist! It simply means you must use the product correctly for it to work correctly.
