Hi everyone! My nails are getting better day by day! Question to Barbara...way back when, when I USED to get fake nails, at the end of the procedure (french/solar nails) they would put on this cream and then buff to a high shine. Does that only work on artifical nails? Is there a "extra shine" cream out there to put on our nails to make them "look" polished, but really their not?

mind if i jump in here? i use the buffer and buffing cream once a month to take out the ridges, pits, bumps, whatever you wish to call them, and then i use a 4 sided buffer,using the #3 & #4 sides, the last two that give you the shine. they can be found at any drug store, wal-mart, or sally's. it looks like i have a clear coat of polish on, for weeks. just don't get overzealous and build up heat when doing it. a little at a time. between the healthy pink of my nails and the high gloss, it looks like i have a clear coat on.
