You can of course wear polish if you just can't live without it. But consider the reality of this. Anything that dries ON the nails dries OUT the nails.
Then there is the removal of the polish, which further dehydrates the nails and cuticles.
I would suggest that you go at least the first 30 days without polish and forgo the necessity of the removal of the polish.
Allow the Natural Nails Growth Formula to do its work unobstructed. Once your nails gain some strength and become re-hydrated try a bit of polish. But do not remove the polish more than 2X a month. Just touch up the polish between removal and reapplication.
