Moi has never done anything here or at Q that I would classify as anything other than honest and usually supportive of what ever the topic thread or issues are being discussed. I hope you will see that in all of the posts she has scattered about both here and at Q BB. And please don't think of this as me taking someones side here. I defend her right to be in opposition to things she finds that are problematic for her. The same way it is indeed your right to disagree with things. But please do not let us too begin a breakdown in our communications here. If you disagree with something then state what exactly the issue is and why you are indeed against the product or whatever. Please let us not do what we so desperately wanted to avoid. And I do so hope you will receive this in the spirit in which it is being sent. Thanks for understanding.

Thank you for your kind words! You're such a sweetheart!!! I'll admit that debs post took me by surprise but having spent 4 years as a Message Board Moderator for AOL, I know how difficult it can be to get your point across. Without actually being able to hear the person speaking any number of meanings can be implied. More likely than not, it was a misunderstanding for that very reason.
Thank you for allowing all of us to post our thoughts and feelings about NGF as well as the products we have tried on Q and even our local drug stores.
Message boards are a great way for people to come together and share ideas, thoughts and suggestions and I appreciate you opening your 'door' to all of us!

Not a basher? Didn't I read here that she has been banned from the Q's BB. Anyway, this was not my intent when I mentioned the Q in the first place. I am a savvy shopper and an intelligent woman. I don't think that the Q or any other retailer, for that matter, thinks that any one person shops with them exclusively. How silly. It was a suggestion to promote what I conceive to be a great product. I had no idea that I would be jumped on with both feet for mentioning something positive about QVC. You can bet that I won't make that mistake again. And I thought the posters on the Q board were tough. I guess I will stick to where I feel welcome. I will continue to order the product from you, Barbara, as long as I get the results I desire - just as I do with any product regardless of where it is purchased. But, I guess in the future I will keep my thoughts and my opinions to myself, unless, of course, they seem to "go with the grain" here.

Moi was banned from QVC because we asked her to start a thread about this product so we could all share our results with the NGF and nobody was bashing QVC.Certain people did not like this and started trouble and then POOF the thread was gone and Barbara and Moi could not gain acess to the boards anymore.Moi is a wonderful,witty,and supportive person and she introduced me to NGF and I assure you she is not bashing anyone.
I would not want this product on QVC either because lately the service has not been so great and I am not the only one saying this..it has been posted several times on the boards about slow shipping and recieving the wrong products.
And I am not bashing QVC...I could not even begin to tell you how much I spend on their products!But Barbara does have better customer service than any company that I have purchased a product from.
These boards are nothing like the QVC boards due to everyone is nice over here and gets along.

Oh my, I must apologize for my part in all of this misunderstanding. I, too, posted raves about Barbara's customer service and all, and Moi posted a response about the QVC Insider, and I'm afraid this contributed to concerns about Q bashing.
Debodel, please know, too, that even though I highly praise Barbara's integrity, product, customer service and personal touch, I've been an avid and loyal Q shopper since 1991. All you have to do is look at my house, jewelry, cosmetics and clothes, and you'd know how much I purchase from them and enjoy watching them. The lovely ladies from the Q board who are now on this board could match me, I'm sure, in terms of Q purchases and loyalty.
My only gripe, and I've posted this on the Q boards, is that Q delivery used to take about four days to my house and now it takes about two weeks. One TSV took 23 days to arrive. So for me, that's why I would hate to see Barbara's company gobbled up by a large company - QVC or any company - because I'm afraid the personal service and quick response would suffer simply to market to a larger audience.
Anyway, today is my Day 2 on NFG, I thank all the Q ladies who made me aware of this product because I had no luck with any of the nail products (Q's, HSN's, drug store's), and I hope you (Debodel) and I can soon post of our successes as we both embark on this new nail treatment program.

Okay, now that we know Moi is not a Q basher, and debodel is not a basher of any sort, we can all breathe and enjoy our day. And debodel we do want you to join into all of conversation. I did not intend to offend or upset things. We are really glad to have you aboard and your information and insights and good humor will always be a welcome part of this converstaion. We all have to be aware of how someone else may read our flat words on this page, no one can get the feelings we put into the words, so we will all be more aware and contemplate our remarks with a degree more insight.
