Subject: QVC ladies - found my NGF
Message: Hi ladies,
For those who had read one of my posts, I had been searching high and low in my house for my NGF (I had inadvertently packed it up because I'm having workmen start soon and needed to move things around). Well, after days of a Where's Waldo search, I found it! So today is my Day 1 and I can finally join in. I've been reading your inspiring posts on the Q boards and here, and look forward to having my own success story.
I bounce back and forth between years of long, strong (but usually dry) nails to years of nails that break due to illness and medications. And when my nails break and I'm stressed about illness, then I bite or pick and it adds to the vicious circle. These last couple of years have been the worst due to meds, I'm about to embark on far more toxic combinations of meds, so now is a good time to begin the NGF routine and get my nails as healthy as possible, and then I won't be tempted to nervously pick at them. As Moi says, buff don't bite!
Thank you to Dapet, Moi, Dell, Sheltie Girl, KBD and all of you for your great success stories and perseverence. And of course thanks to Barbara W. and Cheryl who post such practical information.
I tell you, you gals could teach even Tony Robbins a thing or two about motivation and inspiration!

Message: we all contribute what we can based on our own experiences with what works and what doesn't. sometimes we just need to sit back, take a deep breath and let nature take it's course. no polish, no stripping removers, just good old fashioned massage with a product that finally works. i am the queen of practical and using common sense, but i am fun loving too! you have to be able to laugh in this day and age!

Message: Hi Jill!!
Yay!! I'm glad you found it and have started. I love it! When I sit down to use the NGF, it's like a breath of fresh air for my hands. Now, with the bp starting to go up, I need to learn to take more time for myself to just sit down and relax. NGF won't get rid of my high bp, but it sure is relaxing both physically and mentally. Physically because I'm relaxing, mentally because I don't have to think about anything at all while I'm doing it. Plus, I know I am doing something good for myself!

Message: Jill I am so glad to hear that you found you formula, I was afraid I was going to have to send out the cavelry! Or at the very least another, jar of growth formula! LOLOL
You keep your hot little fingers wrapped around that pot of formula and who knows, you too will soon have nails that shine at the tip of those fingers!

Message: Thanks, Barbara and everyone, for the welcome aboard. I was planning to order another NGF if I couldn't find my original jar today (it was either that or invite all of you to come help me look!). But I got that sudden women's intuition and sure enough found it.
One thing to add, I'm pleased there is a bit of an aromatic fragrance. Usually I require fragrance-free products because strong ones give me headaches. But I tolerate this fine, it's subtle, and the slightly lingering fragrance does remind me to keep my hands away from my face and that I'm doing something healthy for my nails so to leave them alone! Anyway, I think the olfactory reminder will work for me.
