Subject: Received my order
Message: I just wanted to say - wow - what fast shipping. It seems that I just placed my order and here it was, in my mailbox. I received it yesterday and used it as soon as I took it out of the package. I used it again before going to bed and when I got out of the shower this morning. I can already see a difference and my nails are in pretty good shape to begin with. Only one question, how often should I use the buffing creme and the buffer??? Thanks for a great product. Maybe you should submit a request to the Q's Decade of Discoveries!!!

Message: Use the buffing cream to rid yourself of little surface imperfections. The more severe the problems the more often you may need to use it. Once a day, once a week, once in 2 weeks, it just depends on your personal needs.

Now about Q!
I really am not interested in putting our product line on something that will have the control over how it is shipped, when it is shipped, how often someone would have to be made to purchase the product to get some illusive discount! I am hoping this does not sound like a battering to you personally, because that is not the intent of this explaination. I just want you to understand that I want to personally take care of my customers, weather they are a one shot order or if they order year after year. I pride myself in giving the kind of service I only wish I received when I spend our hard earned money....Does that make any sense to you? God I do hope so! But thanks for sharing the fact that you believe it is a worthy product for that type of market. That really feels good knowing you are pleased.

I am excited about the product after only a few uses - that was the reason for my suggestion of the Q, or the H or any other means of presentation that could help as many women as possible. That was the only reason for my suggestion. I totally understand your reasoning.
Cheryl - the quality of the product is the quality of the product - regardless of where it is sold or obtained. I don't have any problem with the quality or CS that I receive from QVC. But, then I am a savvy shopper - I don't order from anywhere just to be ordering. JMO.

There are a couple reasons I would never want to see Barbs products on the Q. 1 - WAITLIST ONLY! I do not ever want to see those words! 2 - What if she got stuck with one of the more obnoxious hosts who wouldn't shut up? I wouldn't want to put anyone through that. And 3 - I wouldn't want Barbara to run into the TIPS lady backstage and be subjected to that taptaptaptaptaptaptap ;)

i've never had a problem with customer service either at qvc. i'm just saying, the bigger the machine, the bigger chance for problems rising. it's nice getting that personal note from barbara on her mailings. that personal service gets thrown out the window when you're talking multiple thousands of orders through a selling venue like qvc. you lose control. all about the almighty dollar, it seems, to the big guys.

Just adding to the discussion about customer service, I've been
in advertising for more than 25 years, and I've always told clients
that a good ad campaign can get a person to buy a product
once. But unless the product and customer service lives up to -
or exceeds- the claims and expectations, you will not get repeat
customers. And even those of us who make our livings by having
clients who pay for advertising, nothing beats good word-of-
mouth. So I think NGF will always be successful, even without a
big marketing company behind Barbara, because of the
combination of effective product, reasonable pricing, personal
responsive customer service, and a loyal customer base.
OK, class dismissed - that's my marketing lecture for the day!
I've always had good customer service from the Q, but it still
doesn't hold a candle to being able to communicate with the
owner/creator of a product.

I just canceled my Q Insider subscription. When they asked me why I told them it was just a glamorized version of the program guide. They said "okay" and I got a full refund.

I believe in the are enough women to go around for all the products to be successful. NO one product works for everyone and it was just a suggestion. Didn't mean to get your Breezies all in a wad!!
