Subject: Morning Barbara
Message: Know you have been real busy Barbara. But just wanted to post over here thanking you for your quick service and wonderful product. Also thanks for the note on my envelope. Personal touches in a sometimes inpersonal world. What a concept! Kind of funny thing regarding my nails. My right forefinger is the one that is the absolutely worst. It gets a split once I have a white tip. Then one side of the split gets higher than the other and then catches on something and tears. So I trim it back and have been putting on the NGF. But as I have been concentrating on it I hadn't noticed my other nails growing out and even getting very narrow white tips. Yeaaaaa! Just wanted to let you know. Everyone have a great day. Taking the puppy for shots today and then out for a daughter/Mother day tomorrow at the malls. Dell

Message: Hi ladies,
I had the same trouble with my r/index finger also, I have filed it back, using the NGF religiously, hoping when the tip grows it won't be split this time. My cuticles are looking so much better, and I've only had the product one week. I love it. Barbara keep up the good work.

Message: Yes Barbara I have been filing my nail. Not sure what you meant by "down the sides." Michelle the same thing used to happen on my left index finger and it is doing much better. The right one was in worse condition so will probably just take longer to grow out and heal. Moi yes I am Dell on the Q BB and this one also.

Message: Morning ladies. Yes Barbara I am filing that nail if it gets rough edges but not sure what you meant when you said are you filing "down the sides." Michelle I used to have the same problem on my left forefinger but it appears to be doing much better. With time the right one will also. It was in worse condition that the left one. And Moi yes I am the same Dell as posts on the Q BB.

Message: Dell,
Here is the rule of "thumb", no pun intended, as set forth by the Mayo Clinic.
File your nails flat on the tips, then use the file to add a slight curve from the edges toward the tip of the finger, just so there is a general following of the contour of the actual finger tip.
Hope that will help guide you through the problem.

Message: I had a manicurist (she never used the dremel, only files by hand) tell me that the reason it is better to keep the nail filed straight across rather than very oval or pointed is that it helps distribute any blunt force evenly across the nail rather than straight up the center. Made sense to me!

Message: Hi Barbara,
How many weeks will it take to send the NGF and buffer to UK? Are you sure using my credit card is safe because I have had bad experiences.

It is not easy to say exactly how long it will take bacause of the customs agents. If an agent receives the package that he or she believes to be at all suspicious, they will now cut into the package and rummage through the product and then send it on.
Generally when the product is shipped to the UK, Northern Ireland, etc. it will clear customs without a problem, but with the Christmas rush on it may take as much as 2 to 3 weeks.
