Cheryl just emailed me and pointed out the fact that the QVC gals are light hearted, witty and the forum is becoming active in a different sort of way.
This is true and it is delightful to me as well Cheryl. The light banter they have brought here is refreshing. Now you and I don't have to be so stoic and keep those nee sayers at bay. I just can't see the ones we had to blocked, coming in on this and attempting to disturb this light hearted "simple pleasure with real answers."

Hey Barbara, just wanted to say I personally am Dissapointed at the Q board! How naive to think we should not discuss non Q products! The truth is, all of us have tried the Qs beloved Tips and prostrong and obviously they did not work for US or our quest for a great nail product would have ended! I am sure some people must think we are a bit strange to now have this LOVE for your nail product..but once again I will say...everyday I am amazed that I have nails! They just make me feel Prettier! Thanks for all you efforts! Denise!

I enjoyed the Q board until they started poofing the good stuff. That is where I found out about this product! This forum is a nice place to be. It is great to be able to read these posts to continue to learn about good nail care and to be able to encourage each other. I am one that has been a nail picker/biter, and I am pretty much past that, but still get tempted if there is a rough spot. My nails definitely can use improvement, they have been having peeling, have some ridges, cuticles could be better. That is why I am excited to get this product--maybe it will arrive today!

Ocean, if it does not arrive by tomorrow please let me know! I am having a bit of an issue here with one of our mail carriers. Suspiciously vanishing packages! I could insure them all of but that will add another expense and be a hardship for many that would not be able to afford the extra expense. I just don't want to do that to every one!
Your nails WILL DEFINATELY IMPROVE. If only you could get your little paws on the product? HUH?

Never in my life have I had to concern myself with keeping my nails filed short. Never in my life did I dream I would! But I am! I just emailed Barbara telling her that now that I have growth, I'm not sure what to do with it! LOL

I have NEVER had nice looking nails. Oh, sure they were nice when I first had the acrylics on, and then only with polish. Once the young manicurist got so carried away with the product on the top of my nail, that it got so thick and I could have used my thumb as a club! There was no filing that "baby" down! (Of course we are talking 20 years ago).
FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE, I have nails I can be proud to show off. They are getting longer, they are getting to be like normal, more substantial nails, and it is due to the ladies of this forum, especially Barbara, Moi and Sheltie Girl, who first introduced me to this product, and Barbara never even said anything to me about her product in our first exchange. I didn't even know what ti was, only that she had decided to withdraw from the QBBs because of some mean sprited people, similar, if not the same people I encountered in May. I guess my "nemisis" over there is posting under several names, and she was really a nasty person.
So, if it hadn't been for those people, I never would have met Barbara, or read the threads from Moi and Sheltie, and become addicted to NGF!!!! There will be no rehab or intervention for my NGF addiction, only beautiful nails and new friends!
Those people would be so upset that they didn't ruin us, they just bonded us together more strongly, and now we can say all the nice things we want to about NGF, Barbara and each other. Karma takes care of those nasty, unkind people! I've seen it happen and can really, truthfully attest to it happening, and you never have to wish anything bad on those people. They are unhappy, and like to ruin anthing where intelligent people are exchanging ideas and opinions, and respecting each other for those ideas and opinions! This is a much better place!

Barbara, thanks for your comments. Yes, I received the kit yesterday! So, last night I used the buffing cream and the buffer and used the nail cream. I used the cream this morning, and soon I will be using it for the 2nd time today! It is very pleasant to use, and I am going to keep on with this program! I am enjoying the forum over here, thanks for all the help and personal attention to everyone's questions.

soon it becomes a part of your day, just like brushing your teeth. i skip a day now and then, after a year of using it, but it always feels so nurturing when i massage it in again. i can "hear" my nails saying "ahhhhh"! have patience and you will see reults.

Good morning Cheryl and company! Yesterday I spent the afternoon "serving" my grand daughters class at their fall festival. Today I have a whole new, refreshed outlook! Youth is so wasted on the young!
