Barbara thank you so much for shipping my kit here so fast! I've already done my first treatment and they feel hydrated already! I need before and after pictures! A question, how soon after applying cream can my hands get wet? Or does it matter? And when I get to the buffing stage...NGF first, then buffing cream? Or buff cream then NGF? Or does that matter? This was so easy and relaxing to apply, I think upkeep will be simple. Much more simple than waiting for polish to dry, etc. Thanks so much again!

You can immerse your hand in water immediately, even wash with soap and water if you want to. And the order is entirely dependent upon what you want to do. It matters not the order.
Think of this as your I, me, my, mine, time. Get you a cup of tea and relax, your nails are there and they will come out to play soon!
Thanks for letting me know you received the pkg. I sometimes worry about using US post but it really helps keep the costs down.

I just wanted to add my own "Thank You!" for the fast shipping. I found out about the NGF products on the QVC boards.
I waited for the initial reviews to come in from the QVC ladies, and also checked out the comments on this forum. Seeing virtually no negative reviews, I decided to give it a try.
I had my kit 2 days after I ordered it! I started using it immediately, and so far, I'm very impressed at the quality. I love the wintergreen scent... very comforting aroma to me. But I digress...
