Subject: Peeling Nails
Message: I read this somewhere, what do you think??
Peeling nails:
You could be using too much antibacterial soap. Use an oil-rich soap, like Camay, and
moisturize.
Of course, I would use my NGF because I know it's working for me very well. I'm still growing out my nails from the acrylics.

Message: The Growth Formula will not give instant gradification. After wearing acrylics etc., it will take time to re-hydrate the nails and cuticles and work them back into a state of general good health. All of the damage will need time to grow out as the new and improved healthy nail grows in. So don't mix up a coctail of things you try until you have absolutely determined that a product is or is not working for you. If you use different products all at once, you will never be clear as to which works and which will not. You must allow the necessary time for everything to heal and grab hold. Remember you abused the nails for quite some time before beginning the recovery, so relax and work on keeping up the recovery efforts.

Message: also, don't forget about the alcohol based hand sanitizers too. they are worse than the soaps. if we keep on blasting the germs with all these products, we really are going to end up with "super bugs, resistant to anything!!
