Hi I received my complete package today and just couldn't wait to try it. WOW, cuticles already look so much improved. I know you said not to use the buffing cream right away but I had to. I buffed it very lightly. It looks great. I think you said to use buffing cream first and then the ngf, right? This is great and I'll let you know my progress. Thanks again!! Mary

You can use it in any order you are comfortable with. When you are finished buffing just wipe the buffer down with a damp cloth and put it away til next time. You are on your way. Now relax and enjoy the fact that you don't have to stick to some strict code. Just for the first 30 days use the formula 2X daily when ever it is convenient for you. That will jump start the cell activity and get you off to a running start!
