Subject: Fess up--Do you apply the cream for 10 min.
Message: I for the life of me can't sit down for 10 min. and rub the cream in each nail for 1 min. So fess up....does anybody just rub in the cream for a few seconds and still get the great results? Also, how long does the cream last before it doesn't become effective anymore?

Message: It is to your benefit to use the formula according to the instructions. The formula does not lose its' effectiveness. It may build up a file if left unused. If that occures, wipe the film away and use the product as directed.
Once you establish a healthy growth pattern you can cut back on the use and time involved but you are not doing your nails justice or your wallett! If you spend the money, you should at least use the product accordingly.

Message: Karen,
i rub the formula in right before i lay down to sleep with my digital clock on my bedside table for the full 10 minutes every night. the actual massaging of the cream into the matrix and cuticles is half the secret to this formula working. you're cheating yourself to the full benefits of the NGF if you don't find the time to do it. if it doesn't work it's because it hasn't been used the correct way. i have a jar i've been using for about three years now. i ordered it long ago, before i was ready to get serious about being good to my nails, and i still use it today. it works just as well as the jars i've ordered since. it's effective for as long as you need it to be and are willing to put the time into it. as in most things in life, you get out what you put into it.
