Message: i don't advise people on subjects i know nothing about. your nail is deformed from the gnawing and the skin has grown over the top of your thumb. stop biting and let your nail grow out. how's that? the support on this forum is just fine. questions come in about things we are not omfortable answering. you would rather we make something up? i don't know how old you are, but your reply makes you sound very immature.

Message: Hi Jay,
No hard feelings, I just have to be really vigilant with regards to language here, because a lot of very young people look for information here too. Thanks for the insight into your character. That is refreshing. Sorry I could be of no benefit. I do hope someone with some insight will respond.
Best Regards,
Barbara

Message: Jay
there are a lot of teenagers and immature "adults" that come on here not really looking for answers and wasting time-we really can't tell the difference. we don't try and answer questions we don't have enough information on. this really is a good site with a lot of useful information. give us some more background and we all will do our best to help. we weren't ignoring you, really. i stand by my reply before. your thumb looks that way because of the biting. do you still bite?

Message: I do still bite...but I try not to bite that thumb. Um I don't know what to say like...it's always been like that as far I could remember. It just doesn't seem like I was born like that cos my parents said I wasn't. My nail just might be damaged. I don't remember of any trauma happening to it. It's just that the nail plate on the left thumb is shorter than the nail plate on the right thumb. The left thumb over all is like rounder and smaller than the right thumb which is normal looking. So I just wanted to know if this product could help.

Message: I actually have one customer that replaced her bad knawing habit with the healthy rubbing habit of using the growth formula. Now she not only doesn't bite or chew, she shows her nails off.
