Hi Barbara - Last night I removed my acrylic nails that I've had on for far too many years. I just decided I want to have my own natural nails. My nails are now are thin, soft and short. Just today I sent away for your whole package and I truely hope it will make my nails strong and healthy again. Did you say it would take about 3 months to see a change? Thank you, Mary

Hi Mary,
You will notice an almost immediate improvement in the cuticles. They will re-hydrate and that tissue will become soft and supple once again. I would suggest that if your nails are terribly thin and weak, hold off on using the buffing cream until they are healthier and stronger. The buffing cream is designed to help smooth those surface imperfections. It has a mild abrasive so you don't want to buff away the last shred of nails you have left covering the nail bed! You can generally begin with the buffing cream in about 3 months time. The Growth Formula can be buffed in for a nice shine....forgoing any nail polish, so you wont need polish removers....No more chemically dehydrating those cuticles any more.

Mary, congratulations on a wise decision! i saw healthier changes in my nail bed in about a month-pinker, and finally saw some actual growth in about two months. it took about 5 months to start feeling like they were "normal"-not "thin skinned". be patient and vigilant with the growth formula. a little goes a long way.

HI Mary! I took my acrylics off last night, too! Actually, I was surprised that my natural nails seem a little harder than I expected. I'm thrilled that I finally took the plunge! I had acrylics for 20 years! Let's face this challenge of getting our own nails back in healthy shape! Good Luck!
