I have another question!
I love wearing polish and especially when I have short nails, I just hate having them bare. When I receive my NGF and remove my silks, I know that I'm going to want to put polish on almost immediately, or within a few days.
My problem is that my nails peel (which is why I got silks), which I read is a sign of dehydration. If I use the NGF *over* polish, will it still help with rehydrating and preventing peeling?

You can use it over polish! but you are defeating the purpose because you will have to use a dehydrating remover to take the polish off. Buff in the Growth Formula to get a shine that is comparable to any top coat polish. You will forgo the need to dehydrate with the polish removers that way.
