I have been wondering about getting fake nails and are there any dangers in getting them? If there are what are they?

yes, there are. refer to previous post. don't do it. they're not worth it. i know the instant gratification factor is there. it's not worth it. are you ready to keep them on forever? if not, then you have to know the results of the aftermath of them.

There are dangers of wearing fake nails. First of all, they hurt your nail beds. They can promote fungus and bacteria. My aunt got a bad fungal infection from them and 3 of her nails were infected. She also had one of her fingernails rot off, but she still wears acrylics. They can also make your own nails very weak and also pitted and ridged. Unless you want to wear fakes for the rest of your life, you should think twice before getting them. I would recommend that you not get them.
