 Subject: How to file your nails?

I am on my third day of this product and just love it! I am already noticing a difference in my cuticles and the color of my nails are more pink now,I also had little peeling skin around my nails and it is healing now.
My question is as your nails grow out is better to file them square or rounded shape?

Hi Lori,
Shaping the nails is really a choice of taste. Just don't file down the sides of the nails if they are long. This will weaken the actual structure of the fiber of the nails. This is what I do, just file the tips gently with a slight curve toward the center of the nails. Then buff in the Growth Formula for an awesome shine without polish!
